Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager
Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years Experience as a Social Media Manager/Community Manager
Remuneration: ₦500,000 PCM
Work Tools: An iPhone and A MacBook Pro

Qualifications
- Strong content creation and editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe tools)
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and online marketing best practices
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Visually creative with an eye for aesthetics and brand consitency
- Witty and trend-savvy (knows how to incorporate relevant trends and conversations into brand storytelling)
- Experience developing effective social media content strategy
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable
- Analytical and data-driven
Requirements & Expectations
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Responsible for managing all content and social media accounts across channels (Primary channel: Instagram; Secondary: Twitter, LinkedIn,and other owned channels)
- Develop and manage content calendar and be responsible for ideation and execution of content
- Develop and executive creative formats and content ideas to grow brand awareness and social media reach
- Perform social listening on all social media channels
- Research social media trends and infuse them into social media marketing strategies
- Proactively promote and recommend Topship on Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Leverage social media as a tool to boost our internal growth efforts and campaigns
- Liaise with the Merchant Support team to promptly manage customer enquiries on our public channels
- Ensure brand voice and visuals are consistent across all content and social media assets
- Report key social media metrics including online reach, engagement rate, share of voice, and brand sentiment
