The Topship Shop & Ship service allows you to easily shop from your favourite international online stores in the United States and the United Kingdom and have your items delivered to your doorstep in Nigeria at a low cost and zero customs fees.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use the service:
So, you’ve decided to buy an item from an international store like Amazon, Asos, Zara, etc. You go on the website, add all items to the cart, and proceed to check out and input your delivery address and contact information. If you’d like to receive your items via Topship Shop & Ship, follow these steps:
1. Add the appropriate identifier tag to your name to help us identify your package. For example, if you’re sending a delivery from the UK Amazon store, the sender’s name should bear ‘Tobi Aluko UAC-trust.’ if you’re shipping from the UK, add UAC-trstm to your name; if you’re sending from the US, you add UAC-mujeq to your name.
2. Once this is done, log in to your Topship app and click ‘Shop and Ship’. You’ll find our UK and US addresses. Choose the one which applies to you and input it as your delivery address upon checkout.
To proceed to Step 3, you need your shipment’s tracking number as provided by the retailer. Once you have this, proceed to Step 3.
3. Log in to your Topship app, click ‘Shop & Ship’ and fill out the Shop & Ship form detailing your contact information, tracking number, and address to which the items should be delivered in Nigeria.
4. You have to tell us about the item you’re shipping. Enter item details and ensure that the information you enter is accurate.
5. Following our fraud protection policy, we require you to upload your proof of identification (a government-issued ID) and clear evidence of payment (bank statement or a transaction receipt from your bank). If you used another person’s card for shopping and shipping, please provide the person’s ID and evidence of payment.
6. Now, you can complete the rest of the form and pay for delivery. A customer support representative will be in touch within 48 hours or less.
