The idea we had while building Topship was straightforward. We wanted to make it easy for people (merchants and consumers) to ship goods from point A to point B. 

A lot of people do this already, but we wanted to ensure that our customers got to do this at an affordable price and in better conditions. And so for us, when we think of Topship, we think of a shipping platform that connects you with the best courier service providers for international and local deliveries.

And we hope you think of us like that. We’ll keep making use of technology to solve problems that you may already have with shipping. We hope to keep identifying them and solving them at best as we can.

At the moment, we have about five services based on some of the problems we have identified.

International Shipping

Do you want to send stuff anywhere in the world? Documents, dresses, books, shea butter mixes? Topship got you covered! Our international shipping package gives you the opportunity to ship from Nigeria to various countries at a cheaper price and in very safe conditions. So whether you need to send off your transcript to WES or the latest shea butter mix to your sister in Guatemala, we are equal to the task.

Local Shipping

Our local shipping is well used by merchants (SMEs, Instagram vendors and more) who need to move goods from one city to the other within Nigeria. We’re currently in Lagos and Ibadan and if you’re in those cities, you can have your deliveries packaged and sent to your recipients.

Food Shipping

With our food shipping, you can send foodstuff from Lagos to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. You can send stuff to your family and friends abroad. However, not all foodstuff can be sent due to import duties. Please speak to a customer support representative before booking your shipping. 

Shop and Use Address

If you’ve ever tried online shopping outside Nigeria, you know it’s very difficult to do that in present climates. You’re faced with the issue of how to ship back and met with outrageous prices. With our service, you’re able to shop easily and have it sent to you. How does that work you ask? We provide you with an address you can place as your shipping address for your US and UK deliveries. Once we get your goods, we send them back to you in Nigeria.

Doorstep Import Service

With this service, you are able to book a request and then we send a courier to pick it up from wherever you or your family is in the world and then we deliver it in Nigeria. For example, if your sister, Uchechi in Canada buys a wedding dress for you for your wedding in three months, we can pick it up from her in Canada and deliver it to you in Lagos within five working days and within good time for you to see if there are alterations to the dress.
