Topship is in its growth phase, and we’re seeking an ambitious self-starter to join our Sales team. 

Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales role
Other Benefits: Health Insurance, 20 working days PTO
Job Type: Full-Time/On-Site

  1. Manage the sales cycle from pipeline generation to close for multinational enterprises, growth and early-stage startups, local corporates, key business merchants, aggregators/logistics service providers, and SMEs to deliver on an annual revenue quota (target)
  2. Drive direct sales of business merchants, aggregators, and logistics service providers with other sales team members.
  3. Receive qualified inbound sales opportunities and drive them to a close. 
  4. Identify, approach, and convert key business merchants, aggregators/logistics service providers. 
  5. Facilitate activation and onboarding for new business merchants and logistics service providers.
  6. Generate proposals that define a clear path to closing and onboarding key business merchants.
  7. Collaborate with members of the marketing and growth team to penetrate key markets and expand specific routes.
  8. Develop sales and distribution strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  9. Foster relationships with new business merchants to achieve desired revenue targets.
  10. Influence stakeholders within key business merchants’ organizations and premier buyers in the industry.
  11. Leverage innovations to maximize revenue of traditional and digital products.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and operational teams both within and outside topship
  13. Collaborate with and share relevant feedback with the Merchant Support team.
  14. Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
  15. Report pipeline and sales activity data in a CRM to provide visibility on potential and closed business and facilitate monitoring of business performance
